The purpose of this fitting is to find out if everything lines up, and if so, pin the wings in place and check them for twist. Ideally, there is to be NO twist, but there is a tolerance of up to .2 degree of twist. What you do if it is more than that, I really don’t know. Call the guy, I guess.
